Deep Unwind is a blend of: Ho Wood, Lavender, Bergamot & Cypress.  The Ho Wood creates the feelings of peace and 'brings down' the mind while the Lavender works to relax the body.  Bergamot eliminates stress and worry and the Cypress has a sedative effect on both the body and mind.
