Linen Spray: For adults spray 3-4 times, across the pillow area of the bed prior to sleep. For a young baby, spray crib once. For an older baby/child spray twice over bedding before sleep. Repeat as necessary for a calming effect during night wakings, spraying into air nearby.
Bedtime Bliss: Roll onto pulse points including: inner wrists, behind ears, temples & back of neck prior to sleep.
